The site

Content on this site describes our services and past work. It isn’t an offer or a quote. Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing.

Demos and the AI assistant

The demos use sample data. The AI assistant can make mistakes, and its answers aren’t professional advice or a commitment from OpRun. Shah confirms anything that matters on a call or in writing.

Intellectual property

The OpRun name, logo, site design and content belong to OpRun Inc. or its licensors. Client names and marks belong to their owners.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, OpRun isn’t liable for losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
