The situation

Advia installs real-estate signs across the GTA: open-house signs on a weekend cycle, post signs on monthly rental, plus riders and storage. Jobs come from dozens of agents at once, routes change by the hour, and every job has to end in an invoice.

What we built

  • An admin console, a client portal and a crew app that works offline on phones.
  • A pricing engine using service zones drawn on a map (28 zones), so every quote follows the same rules.
  • Dispatch that plans routes on real road travel times and traffic windows, handles late jobs and reschedules, and shows it all on a live board.
  • A sign-placement suggester that learns each client’s preferences.
  • Job-done reports, invoices, payment reminders and monthly billing, with print-ready PDFs.
  • A weekly order cycle: orders auto-drafted and a sign-in link emailed to clients every Friday.
